
Christopher D. McMaster is a graduate of Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Upon graduation from Barry University, Attorney McMaster joined the law firm of Nash & Kromash, LLP in 2020, where he concentrates his practice on estate, trust, and guardianship litigation; estate and tax planning; trust and estate administration; guardianship administration; and the formation of business entities, including limited liability limited partnerships and limited liability companies. He also assists clients with the establishment of charitable foundations.
Mr. McMaster is an active member of the Brevard County Bar Association and served as President of the Young Lawyers Division for the 2024-2025 term. For his work in trust and estates, Mr. McMaster has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America since 2024.
Outside of the practice of law, Mr. McMaster serves as the State Director for the Brevard County Cattlemen’s Association, and has held previous positions as the President Elect and President. Mr. McMaster also serves on the Board of the Brevard County Soil and Water Conservation District. A native Floridian, he enjoys spending time outdoors and maintaining his connections to Florida’s long-established cattle industry, working with local ranches in Brevard County and surrounding counties, and tending to his own cattle.
